Ross did a thorough inspection of both the furnace and AC. He even changed the batteries in my thermostat. I’m very happy with the service. The only reason I did not renew my service plan is because I may be moving in the two months.

The two technicians that came out to my home were great. Very friendly and professional kept me informed all along the way. Something else had broke mid way through the job and they fixed it at no additional cost which was very nice of them and the company. They did great work and left no mess what so ever inside or outside my home. I am very happy with the service provided today and will recomend Rousculps to anyone who has heating or air problems.
