Rousculps is a honest and upfront company. Todd the owner explains everything and uses technology and facts to diagnose and resolve. No guessing. Yes we have an old unit and know we need to replace it. Rather than throwing numbers at me and taking my money Todd explained the process to make sure I get what I need for the best cost. Please don’t waste your time with other companies. Take your AC and heating needs to Rousculps! Thanks again for taking care of us on a hot weekend Todd!

Todd was great he was friendly good spirited came inside of an hour on a Sunday gave a clear explanation as to the issue had the part on his truck thankfully install that and the price was very well worth it

Todd came out on New Year's Eve when my furnace blower motor failed. He was able to install a used motor he had on his truck, that got me heat until he could get a new motor after the holiday weekend.

Todd is amazing, and no one can compete with his expertise. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me with me right there watching (I'm just a curious person). My furnace works great now!
